Holiday Returns Policy
Orders placed on or before 14th December are eligible for an extended returns period until 14th January.
Orders placed from 15th December will follow our standard 30-day returns policy.
Please note: Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached. Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Personalised /monogrammed / gowns that clients order featuring an embroidered design are unable to be exchanged or credited.
Any brand new Bown of London product can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days no quibble return no questions asked.
All Bown of London products are guaranteed against quality defects for 365 days from date of purchase no quibble no questions asked.
We offer returns for all of our customers please e mail hello@bownoflondon.com to begin the returns process.
For all international orders delivered, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping.
Once we receive your returned purchase and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued immediately.
