If you order before 12pm (noon) on a weekday then we endeavour to despatch your order that same day.

Orders are not processed on Weekends.

If you order after 12pm we will do our best to get it on its way, that day, or definitely despatched the next working day.

If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday then it will despatched on the first working day.

Recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

For example EU deliveries do not attract any additional custom duties -USA orders below $800 in value are duty free-Other Countries may charge additional fee's to clear your order.-these fee's will be payable by you the customer to the courier company in your Country that delivers your order .
